“I’m beginning to learn that the sweet and simple things of life, are the real ones after all.”- Laura Ingells Wilder.
That’s what this whole wedding was; SIMPLE. Simple, yet one of the most intimate, meaningful and most beautiful weddings I have ever photographed! Just the bride, groom, their daughter and two witnesses attended the wedding. They were standing under the alley of southern oak trees, with the swaying of soft moss and the creamy sunset as their backdrop. Beauty at Gods best!
They were hand in hand as they said their vows, looking deep into one another’s eyes. From my viewfinder of my camera I could feel my cheeks raised up against my camera, as I could not help myself from smiling. There was nothing fancy smancy about this wedding, just short, sweet and simple. We ended the ceremony with a whole hour dedicated to family/ bride and groom formals. The amount of time we would LOVE to spend with every couple, but don’t get the chance to, due to receptions. We got to frolick around the grounds of Fontainebleau State park which is so beautiful and diverse between the oak trees and the beach by the lake. This couple was up for anything, even standing out in the lake on top of some huge rocks to get the most gorgeous sunset shots.
I feel you can see the love these two have for one another and their daughter in these images. Congrats Mr and Mrs Tyrl!
