When Christmas is your favorite holiday, where else than in New Orleans to get married! Jennifer chose to get ready in the most beautifully decorated hotel at Christmas time, none other than The Roosevelt. If you have never visited the lobby of The Roosevelt in December, you are certainly missing out, it is like walking through a sparkling ice castle. We were thrilled to sneak in a few pictures in the lobby before heading outside and down to Canal Street for some fun Bridal party pictures by the streetcar.
The ceremony took place at St. Mary’s of Assumption. After the mass, the guests boarded up in buses and were escorted to the other most famous Christmas venue in New Orleans, Pavillion of Two Sisters, which backs up to Christmas in the Oaks, located in City Park. The guests danced the evening away to songs played by Phat Hat. But the most memorable part of the whole reception, was watching the family and guests rally around the cutest little “dancing” grandma who was twirling and shaking it in her wheelchair. Congrats Jennifer and Jeff, this Christmas may be hard to beat!
